Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Billing and Invoicing.

E-way bills & invoices:

• Generate and manage invoices for customers and clients.
• Ensure timely billing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  

Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial maintain data baserecords, including balance sheets, accounts, and bank statements.
• Oversee general ledger management and reconciliation.
  

• Handle GST-related activities including filing GSTR-1, GSTR-2A,GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B.
• Manage Tax Collected at Source (TCS) and e-way bill compliance.
  

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
  

• Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide varianceanalysis.
  

• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations andtax laws, including GST and TDS.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and taxregulations.
  

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation:

• Oversee daily bookkeeping activities.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysingaccount information.
  

Software Management:

• Proficient in accounting software such as Tally and other relevanttools.
• Ensure all financial data is accurately entered and maintained inthe system.
  

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payment processing.
• Follow up on payments from suppliers and customers to ensuretimely settlements.
  

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Provide insights and reconmmendations based on financial data.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, & B.COM, or a related field.
• Professional certification in finance are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
