Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Indian financial laws, and hands-on experience with Tally. This role requires coordination with our CA and other departments to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day financial records in TallyKnowledge in Handling GST filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulationsCoordinate with CA for PF, PT and other statutory requirementsEnsure accurate documentation and timely reconciliation of financial statementsAssist in audits, tax filings, and other regulatory processesMonitor receivables, payables, and prepare periodic financial reportsStay updated with Indian financial laws, tax regulations, and changes in compliance requirementsSupport in budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planningMaintain confidentiality and security of all financial data Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field2–3 years of experience in a finance/accounting roleProficiency in Tally is a mustSound understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance frameworksExperience in GST, PF, and PT coordinationGood communication and interpersonal skillsLanguages Known – English and Tamil is a must, Hindi is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
