Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the execution and management of our career counselling programs across schools in South India. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Indian education system and board examination structures, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and hands-on experience in logistics, client servicing, and internal operations within an educational or coaching setup. Key Responsibilities Program Execution & Implementation Support in implementing career counselling programs in partner schools.Design customized implementation plans for each school in alignment with academic schedules.Coordinate with internal teams, school coordinators, and external vendors for timely setup and execution.Handle on-site logistics including lab setup, program material delivery, and troubleshooting.
