Job Description: Human Resource Intern Location: Onsite (Karapakkam, Chennai) Duration: 3-6 months About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team on-site for a period of 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. ● Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification, induction sessions, and preparing onboarding materials. ● Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. ● Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. ● Provide support in handling employee queries and addressing concerns. ● Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: ●Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/ MBA/ B.Com/M.Com) ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
