Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including the implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will support HR management tasks and contribute to employee relations efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
• Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management
• Understanding of Employee Benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
