Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive B2B sales efforts to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Leverage Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices.

Skills

  • Proven experience in negotiation and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  • Strong background in business development, particularly in B2B sales contexts.
  • Familiarity with technology sales, including understanding technical products and services.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
