Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting requirements, as well as experience with accounting software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process and track accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Review and verify invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and collection of payments.

Monthly and Annual Closing:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Assist in preparing for the annual audit and work with auditors to provide required documentation.

Tax Compliance:

• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor tax-related deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Provide regular financial reports to support decision-making.

Internal Controls:

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Help maintain and improve accounting systems to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on company performance, trends, and variances.
• Support management with ad hoc financial analysis.

Experience :

• Minimum 3 year experience required .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,382.18 - ₹30,628.06 per month
