You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend the best solutions, and drive sales to meet company targets. Key Responsibilities : Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales and meet or exceed targets and quotas. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify new prospects. Qualify leads and convert them into customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about the company’s products or services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Report on sales performance and forecast future sales.
