Job Summary:* The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing existing customers for the company’s broadband and telecom services. The role involves door-to-door sales, meeting with potential customers, understanding their internet needs, and offering suitable plans and solutions. Key Responsibilities:* 1. Sales & Business Development* * Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers for broadband and telecom services. * Conduct door-to-door, field visits, and area mapping to generate new leads. * Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers clearly and persuasively. * Convert leads into sales by completing customer onboarding and installation requests. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. *2. Customer Relationship Management* * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. * Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. * Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex ones to the technical/support team. 3. Market Intelligence* * Gather information about competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends. * Provide regular feedback to management for product and service improvement. 4.
