Account Executive

Position: Accounts Executive

About the Role:
Grano69 Beverages is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the alco-bev/liquor industry with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. CA Inter candidates with relevant training will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally and generate reports in Excel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial/MIS reports.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile payment aggregator statements.
• Handle TDS calculations, returns, and related taxation work.
• Support senior accountants with monthly and year-end closings.
• Review expense reports, financial data, and assist in internal audits.
• Oversee vendor billing, payment processing, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1 – 1.5 years (preferably in the alco-bev/liquor industry).
• Qualification: CA Inter (with training in alco-bev sector preferred). Commerce graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Tally.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial principles, and statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 (in-hand)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
