Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The role involves managing accounts, handling customer payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have good customer handling skills and a basic understanding of accounting, GST, VAT, and financial statements.

Key responsibilities:

● Actively manage and follow up on customer payments and vendor payments, ensuring timely collection and proper documentation and Maintain strong relationships with customers.

● Apply the golden rules of accounting (debit and credit) to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

● Assist in the calculation, filing, and compliance of GST and VAT, ensuring proper tax application and adherence to regulations.

● Prepare and review Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Trial Balance to ensure financial accuracy and completeness.

● Generate and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key financial insights and discrepancies if any.

● Ensure all accounting practices comply with applicable laws, company policies, and financial regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

● Minimum 6 Months to 2 Year of works experience

● Excellent communication Skill required.

● Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel.

● Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

● Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer queries and payment collections.

● Must have own laptop to work
