Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Executive with a strong background in accounting and finance, preferably from the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, vendor accounts, and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with sales/supply chain teams for reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendors and distributors for payment processing and account settlements.
• Support internal audits and assist in finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the management.

Required Skills:

• 7–8 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,255.42 - ₹24,476.95 per month
