Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Handle bank reconciliations and manage cash flow activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
Support payroll processing and statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Work on accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹9,638.43 - ₹32,409.62 per month
