About the Role

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliation:
Prepare and review daily/monthly bank reconciliations, ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor bills and payments on time.
Verify supporting documents, approvals, and tax compliance (GST/TDS).
Maintain vendor ledgers and track outstanding payables.
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and issue client invoices.
Record receipts and maintain accurate customer ledgers.
Follow up on pending payments and reconcile customer accounts.
General Accounting:
Record day-to-day journal entries and maintain books of accounts.
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure timely posting of entries in Tally or relevant accounting software.
Compliance Support:
Assist in preparation and filing of
GST returns
,
TDS returns
, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain supporting documentation for all accounting transactions.
Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
Handle petty cash and employee reimbursement claims.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com
1–3 years of experience in accounting and reconciliatio
Strong working knowledge of
Tally ERP / Busy / Excel
.
Good understanding of
GST, TDS, and other accounting principles
.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
