The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, processing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients. This role may involve a mix of financial tasks, client servicing, billing, reporting, and internal coordination depending on the industry. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments). Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank statements. Monitor account balances and ensure timely payments/collections. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for account-related matters. Handle GST filings, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances (if applicable). Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare periodic financial reports for management. Support internal and external audits as needed.
