Account Executive - ANZ

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to revenue growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into loyal customers. You will be expected to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, understand customer needs, and guide them through the sales process efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Understand customer needs and requirements - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure - Close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly quotas - Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest - Maintain and expand the prospect database within your assigned Territory - Perform effective online demos to prospects Qualifications Required: - Proven inside sales experience - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone presence with expertise in dialing numerous calls daily - Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools - Experience working with CRM systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong listening and presentation abilities - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Please note that the shift timings for this position are ANZ (4:30 AM - 1:30 PM).,
