Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports/statements.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, and Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Prepare Revenue Generation and Expense Reports for management review.
• Update internal systems with accurate financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions.
• Process invoices, commissions, and brokerage payments.
• Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Track and manage bank deposits and payments.
• Prepare budgets and assist in budgetary control.
• Review and implement financial policies and internal controls.
• Handle payroll/salary processing.
• Manage petty cash and reimbursements.
• Process payments for utilities and other bills.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, with expertise in Advanced Tally(Prime).
• Advanced MS Excel skills with strong ability in preparing Management MIS.
• Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance, including TDS, GST, PF, PT, RTGS, and NEFT.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with sharp time management.
• Strong ethics and ability to manage confidential financial data.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA is an added advantage.
