Account Executive (Accounting)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing the organization’s complete accounting cycle, taxation matters, and compliance with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other statutory authorities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, timely filing of returns, and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Handle tax computations, filing of GST, TDS, income tax returns, and other statutory payments. Ensure compliance with Registrar of Companies (ROC) requirements including annual filing, maintenance of statutory registers, and liaison with company secretaries. Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports. Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities. Monitor cash flow, expense management, and fund utilization for efficient financial control. Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent preferred. 3–7 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software packages. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
