Account Executive (Accounting)

 We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting and compliance functions with integrity and precision. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization of balance sheet. Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable, vendor reconciliation, and expense management. Manage all statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax filings within prescribed timelines. Generate and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) independently. Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Maintain accurate and organized financial records for multiple business verticals – hotels, rental properties, and retail operations. Assist management in monthly P&L reviews, MIS reporting, and budget tracking. Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated with changes in accounting and tax laws. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong command of Tally Prime (mandatory). Deep working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory areas. Hands-on experience in return filings and reconciliation. Good understanding of balance sheet finalization and audit procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple entities and high transaction volume efficiently.
