Core Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to new business development efforts and support the growth of the practice.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction for clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns, while delegating day-to-day execution to the Account Executive (AE).
• Lead with a proactive and motivational approach that drives team performance and fosters a culture of excellence.
• Maintain regular, senior-level communication with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Coordinate, organize, and act on client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Review AE - generated reports to extract insights, define next steps, and summarize key learnings for internal and client teams.
• Present fresh, innovative campaign ideas that align with client goals and market trends.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects aligned with client expectations and strategic intent.
• Use your expertise to guide clients, teams, and the agency toward forward-thinking, results-oriented solutions.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including client servicing, project management, and creative functions to deliver high-quality multimedia content, from capture to post-production.
• Proficient in basic project scoping and financial management, including defining deliverables and interpreting burn reports.
• Strong command of PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively pitch creative concepts, channel strategies, and performance results.
• Foundation in client servicing, with a focus on building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities paired with deep knowledge of digital media and an eye on emerging industry trends.
