Account Associate

As an Account Associate at Alba Hotels in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and providing support during audits by preparing necessary documentation. Additionally, you will monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash transactions, respond to vendor and client inquiries related to accounts, and assist the Accounts Manager with various tasks as required. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word is essential. Your strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with high attention to detail and accuracy, will be critical to your success in this role.
