Account Associate

Azadi Records is currently looking for Junior Accountant:

Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Track and monitor accounts Receivable /Payable
• Issue and prepare Sales invoices
• Booking Vendor Invoices
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Assist with other accounting projects

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of related experience preferred
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
• Basic Knowledge of Taxation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP Systems and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
