Account Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 1-3 year of hands-on experience in accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong

knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in financial record-keeping, and the ability to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update daily accounting records, including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.

 Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including vendor reconciliation and customer follow-ups.

 Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and bank reconciliation.

 Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions in the accounting system.

 Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports as required.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.

 Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 Good analytical and numerical skills.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

 Good communication and organizational skills.
