Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Book keeping & Data Entry Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.). Maintain ledgers for sales, purchases, and expenses. Invoice Management Prepare and verify supplier and customer invoices. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. Monitor accounts receivable and payable. Banking & Payments Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions. Process vendor and employee payments (online transfers, cheques, etc.). Documentation & Reporting Maintain vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports. Tax & Compliance Support Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory filing requirements. Coordinate with auditors or senior accountants during audits. Coordination Work with other departments to gather billing and expense data. Communicate with vendors/customers regarding payment or billing queries. Required Skills:Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally / Excel / MS Office / accounting software. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
