Account Assistant

Skills Required: - Should be excellent in Advanced Excel Working, Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot GST, Tally, Purchase, Payment Follow up, Table, Google Sheets, VBA - Ability to work with multiple teams i.e. Dispatch, Admin and Senior Team - Should be good in verbal & written communication - Ability to work in pace and co-ordinate with multiple teams - Should have prior experience in MIS & Order Processing Roles, assisted in filing GST returns & preparing books of accounts - Must have B.Com background having accounting knowledge   Role & responsibilities - The primary role is to process Daily Purchase Orders, co-ordinate with the Factory for stock readiness and issue Invoices to enable dispatches from the Factory as per Clients Timelines - To Co-ordinate with MT/Ecom/Qcom Clients and Transporters for issues related to Purchase Orders, appointments and communicate with them regularly and proactively - To ensure Purchase Order maintained in a Google Tracker updating real time on the status of POs and ensuring faster processing of POs in co-ordination with Factory & Admin team - To ensure maintaining billing details of all MT/Ecom & Qcom players and Fill rates to measure efficiency - To ensure necessary filing and record-keeping of invoices - To work with the flow of the team to ensure maximum efficiency - Supporting other team members with other administrative tasks - Knowledge of CRM, Billing & Data Management - Accounting Knowledge like Tally Software will be an added advantage
