Mechanical Expertise: Leverage mechanical engineering background to identify defects and ensure precise manufacturing of plastic parts. Process Optimization: Apply KAIZEN principles to continuously improve production processes, enhancing efficiency and quality. 5S Implementation : Maintain organized workspaces using 5S methodologies, fostering a culture of cleanliness and orderliness. Regulatory Compliance: Verify compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in plastic component manufacturing. Supplier Collaboration: Engage with suppliers to uphold the quality of incoming materials and components. Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of quality assessments, defects, and corrective actions taken. Team Training: Share expertise and mentor junior team members in quality control practices.
