Account Administrator

As an Account Administrator at MSBC, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and providing administrative support to enhance office efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in UK accounting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential qualifications. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, supporting financial planning and analysis, handling administrative duties, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, processing purchase and sales ledgers, managing procurement and inventory, ensuring compliance with UK accounting regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred), proficiency in UK accounting software, strong knowledge of UK accounting practices and standards, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience in data management and reporting, familiarity with Backoffice Admin tasks, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to prioritize effectively.
