Account Administrator

As a Junior Accounts/Admin Executive at WPWeb Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and handling office administration tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring financial accuracy through tasks such as bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking, including petty cash management. - Support in the preparation of financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance. - Manage office administration tasks, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and documentation to facilitate efficient operations. - Maintain and update records of financial transactions while ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes. - Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures to enhance overall efficiency. - Provide administrative support to the team by scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling other related tasks. Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for financial and administrative tasks. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively handle accounting and administrative responsibilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
