Role Overview: As a Junior Accounts/Admin Executive at WPWeb Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and managing office administration tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting in financial reporting, handling bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking, as well as supporting office operations and procedures. You will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining accurate financial records - Handle bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking, including petty cash management - Support in preparing financial reports - Manage office administration tasks such as inventory management, vendor coordination, and documentation - Maintain and update records of financial transactions with proper documentation - Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures for efficiency - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for financial and administrative tasks - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle accounting and administrative responsibilities effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail If you're eager to contribute to both financial and administrative functions in a dynamic organization like WPWeb Infotech Pvt.
