Job Description

Cost Management Monitor and control company expenses. Prepare periodic cost analysis reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence. Payable & Receivable Management Manage vendor payments, invoices, and credit cycles. Follow up for customer payments and maintain ageing reports. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. GST Management Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns. Maintain GST records, input credit tracking, and compliance documentation. Assist in GST audits and respond to notices if required. TDS Management Calculate TDS liabilities as per applicable sections. Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns on time. Issue Form 16A/ TDS certificates to vendors. Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies. Maintain documentation for audits (internal/external). Coordinate with consultants for regulatory updates. Banking Work Handle bank payments, withdrawals, NEFT/RTGS, and online transactions. Bank reconciliation and monitoring day-to-day cash flow. Maintain proper records of loans, limits, and bank correspondence. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports. Assist in balance sheet finalization. Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
