Job Title: Accounts & Billing Executive – Pharmaceutical Industry Job Summary: We require a fully trained Accounts & Billing Executive with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, responsible for GST billing, accounts maintenance, stock control, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: GST-compliant sales & purchase billing (batch & expiry-wise) Maintain party ledgers, outstanding & reconciliation Handle credit/debit notes, sales & purchase returns GST returns filing & compliance support Stock, CNF & inventory coordination Prepare basic MIS & reports Software Knowledge: Marg ERP / Tally | MS Excel | GST Portal Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) Experience: 1–5 years (Pharma background mandatory) Skills: Accuracy, GST knowledge, pharma billing exposure, coordination skills
