Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Administrator who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks as well as administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with hotels, vendors, and service providers. This role requires a balance of financial accuracy and administrative efficiency to support smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: • Accounting & Finance • Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. • Perform calculations, checking, and verification of data. • Ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping of financial transactions. • Administration & Coordination • Manage reservations and hotel/vendor coordination for bookings, logistics, and events. • Handle correspondence, official documentation, and typing work with accuracy. • Assist in negotiations and apply convincing skills while dealing with vendors and service providers. • Support management in scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
