Job Responsibilities As a Society Accounts & Administration Executive, your key responsibilities will include: Accounting & BillingPreparing and generating monthly maintenance bills for housing societies. Entering bank receipts and payments into the accounting system. Handling cash and payment entries accurately. Managing petty cash vouchers and ensuring proper documentation. Administration & CoordinationCoordinating with the society’s Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers. Handling society grievances and providing quick, effective solutions to member queries. Maintaining society books of accounts and updating the share register. Keeping records of all inward and outward correspondence/documents. Data ManagementOrganizing and maintaining both soft and hard copies of important documents. Ensuring all data is up-to-date, backed up, and easily accessible when required. Who We're Looking ForWe’re seeking candidates who are: Quick to think and can solve problems independently.
