Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational journey and program selection. Stay updated on industry trends, design disciplines, and emerging career opportunities to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students. Admissions Marketing and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract prospective students. Ensure consistent and accurate information is provided through various communication channels, including the institution's website, brochures, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Monitor and respond to inquiries received through various communication channels promptly and professionally. Ensure student satisfaction and retention. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve enrolment targets and maximise student recruitment. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments, competitive landscape, and potential partnerships to enhance sales efforts. Provide inputs for sales forecasts and reports for management review and decision making. Analyse admissions data and provide regular reports to the Head of Counselling & Admissions, highlighting enrolment trends, conversion rates, and other key Metrics. Data Management and Analysis: Collect, organise, and analyse admissions data to generate insights and trends related to student recruitment and enrolment. Utilise data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process and develop strategies to enhance recruitment efforts. Liaison with Academic Departments: Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between admissions requirements and program offerings. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between admissions staff and academic departments to address program-specific inquiries and ensure Administrative management / Operations Management: Keep a constant communication with students, faculty members, parents and staff Control and maintain the discipline imposed by EIL to students and faculty members Track, monitor, analyse and compile data related to attendance, assignments and submissions Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments within EIL to streamline operations and optimize resources. Provide guidance and support to faculty in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods. Project Management: (Productivity of 4-5 days a month) Participate in EIL’s external Education’s development projects, attend meetings/ Seminars and external research. Execution of the project. Role could involve International Travel Qualifications and Skills: Experience - 5 Years in student counselling (Education Industry is preferred) & Project Management Qualification- Any bachelor's or master's Degree. Autonomous, Enthusiatic and Motivated.
