Position Title: High School Hindi Teacher

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic High School Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students in grades 6-10, developing lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment. The teacher will also be expected to engage students with creative teaching methods, assess their progress, and provide support to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for students in grades 6-10.
• Create lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Use various teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Classroom Management:

• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain discipline and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
• Encourage student participation and interaction to foster a productive learning atmosphere.

• Student Assessment and Feedback:

• Assess student performance through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their work and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.

• Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the Hindi curriculum.
• Integrate cultural, literary, and historical aspects of the Hindi language into lessons.

• Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in teaching and language instruction.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training programs.

• Extracurricular Activities:

• Encourage student involvement in language-related extracurricular activities, such as debates, language clubs, and cultural events.
• Organize and participate in Hindi-related school events like poetry competitions or cultural programs.

• Student Support:

• Offer guidance and academic support to students who require extra help.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to help students develop a love for learning.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Hindi or a related field from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)/ (Pandit training HPt) is preferred.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in a high school setting (preferred).
• Experience in teaching Hindi at the high school level is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong command of Hindi language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and teach using innovative methods.
• Classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.
