We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Faculty for IHRM Subjects who can guide students with academic knowledge as well as industry practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct online lectures for PG Diploma students. Prepare and deliver presentations, study materials, and lesson plans in an engaging manner. Clarify concepts and resolve students’ queries during and after lectures. Assess student learning through assignments, tests, and discussions . Provide timely academic support and guidance to students. Ensure effective use of digital tools and platforms for online teaching. Stay updated with current HR practices to enrich teaching content Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any field . Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a college or academic institution. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Strong presentation and classroom management skills. A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new teaching methods and HRM concepts. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
