Role Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated Communication Trainer to train management students in communication skills and foundational management subjects. The ideal candidate should be confident, student-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sessions on Communication Skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation skills).

Teach management subjects like HR, Marketing, and Operations.

Train students in professional communication, interview skills, GD/PI, and soft skills.

Prepare PPTs, training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure active learning, classroom discipline, and student engagement.

Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling and improving training quality.

Integrate industry examples and updated teaching practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Management (MBA preferred).

Excellent command over communication—spoken, written, and presentation skills.

Proficient in PPT making and using training tools.

Knowledgeable in management subjects (HR/Marketing/Operations).

Teaching or training experience: 1–5 years preferred.

Confident classroom handling skills.
