Job Title: Operations Manager / Sales Team Leader

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Operations Manager / Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 10–15 executives and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should come from a BPO or voice process background, have strong experience in cold calling, and possess deep knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 sales executives.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through team performance.

Monitor daily operations, workflows, and team productivity.

Conduct regular review meetings, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to KRAs.

Provide training, feedback, and performance improvement plans to team members.

Oversee cold calling operations and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Maintain process quality as per BPO/voice standards.

Coordinate with management for planning, strategy-building, and reporting.

Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer queries.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and sales outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in BPO, voice process, or outbound calling (mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in team leading or operations management.

Strong knowledge of KPIs, KRAs, sales funnel, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.

Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.

Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.

Good understanding of CRM tools, call monitoring, and reporting formats.

Preferred Profile

BPO / Call Center background strongly preferred.

Experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales.
