Your Day-to-Day Role:
Engage with potential learners via calls, emails & WhatsApp
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
Drive enrollment targets through effective counselling
Maintain lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Accurately update data on CRM and share performance reports
