Job Description

We are looking for an Academic Counselor to assist students in understanding course options, academic requirements, and the enrollment process. The role focuses on providing clear guidance, answering student queries, and helping them make informed decisions about their learning path.
Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information to students about available courses, eligibility, and program structure.
Interact with students through phone calls, messages, or emails and address their academic queries in a professional manner.
Guide students through application steps, documentation needs, and general enrollment procedures.
Maintain organized records of student interactions and ensure timely follow-ups whenever required.
Offer basic academic guidance related to planning, schedules, and available student services.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure students receive correct and updated information.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain program details clearly and handle student queries with patience.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, or CRM tools).
A student-centered, helpful approach.
Freshers or candidates with related experience are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
