Academic Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, texts and emails to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Manage the entire admissions lifecycle—lead qualification, program explanation, query handling, follow-ups, and final enrollment.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets through strategic counseling and effective lead conversion.
• Provide accurate information on UG/PG courses, career outcomes, certifications, placement support, eligibility, and fee structure.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with real-time lead tracking, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in every student interaction.
• Build long-term relationships with learners to encourage referrals and repeat enrolments.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s or Master's degree (education, business, or related fields preferred).
• 6months to 2years of proven experience in EdTech counseling, admissions, inside sales, or academic advising.
• Freshers looking to start their career are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maximize conversions under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
