Academic Counselor

• We are looking for experienced Academic Counsellors with strong knowledge of IIT JEE and NEET to guide students and parents through our academic programs.
• The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective and enrolled students about IIT JEE/NEET preparation and Vidyapeeth programs.

• Understand student requirements, academic background, and goals to provide personalized guidance.

• Conduct follow-ups with students and parents through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and track enrolments/conversions.

• Collaborate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

• Achieve weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets.

• Stay updated with the latest IIT JEE/NEET trends, syllabus changes, and student concerns.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IIT JEE/NEET syllabus and preparation strategies.

• Minimum 1 to 2 of counselling experience in EdTech or coaching (IIT JEE/NEET domain preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English).

• Empathetic and solution-oriented approach.

• Comfortable using remote tools (CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc.).

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
