Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic counseling and support to students.
• Guide students on educational programs, course selection, and career paths.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality.
• Use student information systems and counseling tools effectively.
• Lead and support the counseling team when necessary.
• Organize workshops, sessions, and events related to academic and career development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counseling or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with academic advising practices, programs, and pathways.
• Proficiency in using student information systems and counseling software.
• A high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
