For Academic Counselor :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students or parents from provided and self-sourced data
  • Present IndiaLearnX programs in a clear and engaging manner to drive interest
  • Handle basic questions related to courses, app features, and learning journey
  • Route qualified leads to senior counselors or relevant teams as needed
  • Follow structured call scripts and meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
  • Regularly update CRM systems with call logs, lead status, and follow-ups
  • Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and empathy
  • Actively gather new leads through online/offline outreach and referrals


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales (Preferably EdTech)
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Good With MS Office
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based roles
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in the EdTech space


For Academic Counselor Lead:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the academic counseling (calling) team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and implement effective counseling and sales techniques
  • Analyze outreach strategies, track market trends, and refine pitch to improve conversions
  • Personally assist in closing high-priority leads and ensure consistency in sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain a smooth and effective sales funnel
  • Initiate and manage B2B relationships by connecting with schools/institutions for product demos and bulk enrollments
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3–6 years of experience in EdTech or academic counseling, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Proven track record in B2C sales, and experience in B2B engagement is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in sales analytics, CRM tools, and performance dashboards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Good With MS Office
