Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs through telephonic, online, and in-person interactions.
Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments by effectively presenting course offerings and value propositions.
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets consistently.
Provide detailed information on courses, fee structures, admission processes, and program benefits.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and conversions using CRM tools.
Build and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
