Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for assisting students with academic plans, providing career counseling, and guiding them on suitable educational programs. The role involves identifying students' needs, answering queries, supporting academic decision-making, and assisting them in achieving their educational and career goals. Collaborating with faculty and administration, the counsellor will help enhance student success through professional guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in decision-making and future planning
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to support students in achieving their academic goals
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage student queries and provide tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in an educational or career counseling role is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment and adapt to diverse student needs
