Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and online training sessions on digital marketing modules including: SEO (Basic & Advanced) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) WordPress Website Development Social Media Marketing & Management Content Marketing WhatsApp & Email Marketing Automation GA4, Google Tag Manager, Analytics & Tracking Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Shopify/E-commerce Marketing Automations AI in Digital Marketing & Prompt Engineering Develop and update training content, case studies, and projects aligned with industry trends. Mentor and guide students on live projects, internships, and capstone projects . Prepare learners for interviews, job placements, and freelancing opportunities . Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and presentations . Collaborate with the Learnmize team to design new short courses, workshops, and certification programs . Contribute to Learnmize’s mission of bridging the skill gap and preparing future-ready marketers . Requirements & Qualifications 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (agency, client-side or trainer). Proven expertise in SEO, Paid Ads (Meta & Google), Social Media, Analytics, and Automation tools . Strong understanding of AI tools for content, ads, and marketing automation . Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills . Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and compliance (GDPR, data privacy) . Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar (added advantage). Key Skills Practical expertise in WordPress, Shopify, GA4, GTM, WATI, and major digital marketing tools . Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging, and practical way . Strong public speaking, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities .
