Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will provide guidance to prospective and existing students, address their academic and career-related inquiries, and assist in designing personalized learning paths. Daily responsibilities include advising students on program selection, providing career counseling, and maintaining effective communication with learners to track their progress and address their needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Academic Advising and understanding of Education systems
• Ability to build rapport with students and effectively guide them toward their career goals
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education sector or as a counselor is advantageous
