Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counsellor role based in Bhopal. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students in selecting suitable courses, offering academic advising tailored to individual aspirations. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and conducting counseling sessions, addressing educational and career-related queries, and devising customized learning plans. The role also involves actively supporting students in overcoming challenges and nurturing their journey toward academic and career success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with students
• Experience in Academic Advising with the ability to provide personalized education plans
• Background in Education with a strong understanding of learning methodologies
• Commitment to fostering student growth, goal setting, and achievement
• Prior experience in education, counseling, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
