Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in choosing appropriate courses based on their interests and career aspirations, providing personalized academic advice, and offering support throughout their learning journey. They will collaborate with the admissions team, provide career counseling, track students’ progress, and ensure a positive and engaging environment for learners.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Ability to provide Academic Advising and support educational goals
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage students
• Background in Education with understanding of academic processes
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to provide personalized guidance
• Ability to influence and support students in making informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience in academic counseling or student guidance is a plus
• Passion for education and mentoring students toward success
