Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Indore. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through academic and career-related decision-making, offering advice on educational programs, and addressing student concerns. Key responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, assisting students with educational planning, and supporting them to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and colleagues
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education development
• Ability to empathize, build relationships, and foster students' trust
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous counseling experience in an academic or professional setting is an advantage
